I really need the Rangers to lose before i can truly enjoy the playoffs. Take yesterday for example. I sit down to watch Montreal Boston and I have to have this stupid conversation with myself.... "OK, I guess I'll root for Boston because you always like to see the underdog go down fighting and long series make for more drama."

Then I start watching the game and it keeps creeping into my mind that I can't have Montreal locked in a long physical series while the Rags are home resting waiting for them.

Out west I'm sick of Brian Burke and Anaheim and sellane and Nieds with the mercenary crap so i wanna enjoy dallas kicking their ass and then I'm sitting there having nightmares about the Rangers lighting up Turco in the Finals.

Is anyone else having this problem? It's like these damn Ragholes by their very presence are corrupting my playoff experience. The devils get swept here and it's gonna set islander fan/ Devil fan relations back 10 years. I thought we were making some progress when so many of them were wishing us well last Easter. Now I'm sitting here starting to hate Brodeur for not playing up to his Hall of Fame ability in this series.

I can't even root my heart out for Calgary who I have money on because I figure they aren't the toughest matchup in June for NYR.
