While I do think the season seat price is on the high side, I can see people who already have those seats paying that. what I think is INSANITY is the WALK UP FACE VALUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What don't these MORONS UNDERSTAND. A ticket is only worth what somebody will give you for it. Judging by regular attendance, that is way over priced. Maybe you will get some people willing to pay that because it is playoffs, but I can guarantee you that I am one of the biggest Isles fans around and I would never DREAM of paying that much for a ticket. Maybe possibly ONE GAME I would go for. And that would be JUST ME. No wife, no kid. I'd be going with friends who would be paying their own way. They just refuse to learn. [right][snapback]213392[/snapback][/right] Absolutely...this is what I "heard" maybe somebody can confirm. I heard SMG doesn't get a dime from season tix reg season or playoffs...SMG gets a HUGE % of walk-up tix. Season tix get huge discount because Wang as no unwanted partners. Walk-up? Wang wants his dough, so's there is premium because much of it goes to SMG. I think it's a great philiosphy Wang has...HOWEVER, he's got to expand the ticket packages...right from the get go. 6 game, 10, 12, 20, Weekend, Weekday packages should be available right from the get-go. Just like MLB. |

I just tried buying some through ticket master..."No tix available"...oh well... Unless I'm doing something wrong? I tried for Game B which I think is Game 4 of 1st Round... I just got 2 for Game 'C'...which I guess would be Game 6? |

GO TO THE BOX OFFICE YOU KNUCKLEHEADS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ol' BP just picked up 10 SQUATS! 5 for Game 3 and 5 for Game 4. They are in Gods Country but who gives a rats arse. I'm in the building for $35 a seat. That is almost better than sex Was gonna buy ones for round 2, but to me that is like a jinx and I just couldn't do it. If you are gonna go go fast because $35's were all that was available and the line was getting pretty damn long by the time I left. |

I know of a lot of season ticket holders that picked up extra tickets to the playoffs before they went on sale. One of the perks of being a season ticket holder. I still havent received them yet. That is bothering me a bit. |

Got my playoff tix invoice today. My seats in Section 205 are $120 face during the year, and cost about $85 per game under the season tix plan. Ready for those playoff tix prices? Face value for the first round goes up to $140...it costs $100 per ticket for a season tix holder. The second round is up to $160...it costs $120. Enjoy the discussion! |
